Yummy low fat healthy dessert….

After many requests I have put up a yummy healthy no preservative/additive dessert. Enjoy!!!….

 

Wild Berry Nice….. Desert
Prep time: 8 mins
Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • 500g mixed frozen berries
  • 300mls Water Melon juice
  • Greek low fat  natural yoghurt, to serve
  • Mint sprigs, optional

Preparation:

  1. Place berries in a food processor. Add the Water Melon juice and process until smooth.
  2. Pour the compote into serving glasses, and swirl with a scoop of Greek low fat natural yoghurt.
  3. Chop up a little of the mint and mix in
  4. Dress with a sprig of mint to finish.
