- Realize that the change needs to be a total and permanent lifestyle adjustment.
- Stop eating too much
- Stop eating too little
- Cut out the crap (and you really do know what crap is!!!)
- Move more!!
- Do something puffy (aerobic 6 days a week…see next point eight)
- Walk an hour a day 6 days a week
- Do some weight training 3 days a week
10. Eat more vegetables
11. Eat 2 pieces of fruit a day
12. Eat less protein
13. Eat lean protein
14. Eat more good low glycaemic carbohydrates
17. Eat as natural as possible
18. Avoid preservatives and additives
19. Eat fresh
20. Drink water
21. Stop smoking
22. Drink less alcohol
That’s it forget the hype.. …and read the list a few more times and you will lose weight !!!!
