Yes!! ….you have heard it all haven’t you?…….every diet known to man woman and child, the best workout/exercise regime, the wonder drugs , the herbal cure, the best tablets to get the metabolism going, what has worked for all your mates who are the experts (and are still fat) blah blah blah!!!

“And if only I could lose 10 kgs then I can get off this lousy diet. Ok…for the sake of sounding like a broken record here goes just one more time, step by step.”

  1. Realize you eat a lot of rubbish
  2. Realize that the change needs to be a total and permanent lifestyle adjustment.
  3. Stop eating too much
  4. Stop eating too little
  5. Cut out the crap (and you really do know what crap is!!!)
  6. Move more!!
  7. Do something puffy (aerobic 6 days a week…see next point eight)
  8. Walk an hour a day 6 days a week
  9. Do some weight training 3 days a week

10.  Eat more vegetables

11.  Eat 2 pieces of fruit a day

12.  Eat less protein

13.  Eat lean protein

14.  Eat more good low glycaemic carbohydrates

15.  Stretch

16.  Laugh

17.  Eat as natural as possible

18.  Avoid preservatives and additives

19.  Eat fresh

20.  Drink water

21.  Stop smoking

22.  Drink less alcohol

That’s it forget the hype.. …and read the list a few more times and you will lose weight !!!!

Not that hard really is it?…stop fooling yourself that there is any other way.
