Thai fish cakes


Thai fish cakes with salad and Basmati Rice

(Salad: Bok Choy, capsicum, bean sprouts, cabbage, grated apple with ginger and chili sauce) 

Thai Fish Cakes:

500 grams firm white fish fillets 

coarsely chopped
1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves

2 teaspoons of extra Virgin olive oil 

2 tablespoons of chili 

1 egg white to bind ingredients 

3 green shallots, ends trimmed, finely chopped

50 g green beans, finely chopped
Some fresh minced ginger 
Lime wedges, to serve

Place all ingredients in food processor … Mould in to bite size shapes ( use a mould or small cup )

Paste with egg yolk with pastry brush 

Brown in the oven on Baking paper … Then eat lol yumo !!! :) :) hehe !!
