Keep it simple and stay away from the nonsense….

This is my amazing wife who is looking sensational at 50 years old …
All she does is follow the Australian National Food Standards dietary guidelines approved and used by dietitians across the country…
No low carb, no shakes from the chemist, no isogenics, no herbalife. No protein supplements, no pills, no vitamins or mineral supplements, no blood type diets, no alkaline diet rubbish, no paleo diet…

She eats from all the food groups walks most days for an hour does some weight training 3 times a Week …
And avoids junk food & has an occasional wine…

Mmmm not that hard really… Stop looking for the quick fix and be consistent to stay healthy and well
