Do you like it ?…I just invented it haha!!!

I often see people walking,bike riding, playing ball sports at a rapid and hectic pace ….

Instead of seeing every movement as an exercise regime just try going for a walk, game in the park ,beach Frisbee, bike riding or kicking a soccer ball as a fun lay back and enjoyable movement rather then a hectic workout …

Any movement is fantastic it sure beats watching TV, playing video games or sleeping your day away…

You will be surprised how far you walk, ride or have fun at the beach and park when just start moving without the added stress of “I must exercise hard ” thought pattern …

Move more, enjoy and relax
Don’t be too concerned with pace :) :) you may even want to stop for a healthy lunch along the way …
