Pizza for Breakfast Anyone? 


  • 2 Slices of thick organic Grainy/seeded bread
  • Tomato Paste (no preservatives)
  • 2-Capsicum(1) Red and (1)Green sliced into slithers
  • 1-small onion (chopped finely)
  • 2-Mushrooms (chopped finely)
  • 1-small tomato sliced
  • 1-very thin slice of unprocessed ham
  • Anchovies (if you are brave)
  • Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

Cut up all the ingredients as above. Toast bread and place tomato paste over both slices then layer all ingredients on top of toast…cook under the grill remove and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and return to griller and wait until cheese melts. Remove and cut into quarters…serve with green tea……ARHHHHHH!!!!
