It is probably better to start with what this site/blog is not…

We are not a blog who promotes fads and GET FIT quick scams. Sorry!!

We also won’t promise miracle diets, the “BEST EVER” fitness programs and special foods that will miraculously make you lose 10kgs in a week.

Today it seems that to qualify as a personal fitness trainer takes just two weekends or a quick trip to Bali for a holiday with a Fitness Qual thrown in!

The very sad story is that these trainers don’t know their GASTROCNEMIUS from their SOLEUS let alone where to find them on the body.  If your trainer can’t tell you about periodization you might want to find a new one.

What you will get is an educational blog based on real research, not some rubbish promoted by sellers pushing their useless products.

      Thank you we are about to revamp the site with lots of really good stuff like video library PT stuff free info for people to use etc so stay tuned and many thanks we will only be talking about researched accurate info….have a sensational day :)

    I don’t know what periodisation is!! Perhaps you can expand for all of us try-hard fitness trainers with a 6-week education?? (I’m being serious John…)
