Eating a Healthy Curry….. without all the perservatives JUNK!

Healthy Curry

  • One whole chicken breast cubed (or more if desired)
  • 1 medium sweet potato, cubed
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 brown onions chopped
  • 5 large fresh tomatoes finely chopped
  • 2 whole large mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large stalk of broccoli, chopped into smaller pieces
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped finely
  • 2 teaspoons of virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of cumin
  • 2 teaspoons of coriander
  • 2 teaspoons of turmeric
  • Hot Chili to your taste
  • Small amount of grated coconut
  • ¼ cup of skim milk

Preparation:

  • Slice chicken and vegetables
  • Heat wok or skillet on medium-high heat with virgin olive oil
  • Add garlic, tomato, onion  and fry for 2 minutes then add cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili to taste
  • Add chicken and vegetables
  • Stir-fry until chicken is completely cooked
  • If vegetables are still too firm, reduce heat, cover and simmer
  • Feel free to add or omit any vegetables you’d like
  • Add some skim milk  and small amount of grated coconut  for desired taste
  • Enjoy with a cup of cooked basmati rice!

      Im working on it Chris LOL..
      we are looking at a whole range of recipes that don’t contain additives and pereservatives some of these Australia uses have been banned else where stay tuned !!
