Our Body will regenerate itself to good health just as easily as it generates to disease. All we have to do to give ourselves the best chance of staying well is to feed our bodies with the best available fuel E.G. fruit, vegetables, nuts, grains, lean meat/ fish , clean water, berries and dairy. Eat well and the body will take care of itself, avoid chemical laden food products and dangerous supplements….
