Be very careful ….

While the occasional coffee is great, using caffeine to excess particularly before exercise is dangerous

Try avoiding caffeine before a workout … Even in athletes we have seen mild myocardial infractions occur ( heart attacks )

Too much caffeine mixed with intense exercise places added unnecessary strain on our heart, BP and adrenals along with the endocrine system

In both anaerobic and aerobic exercise avoid the caffeine hit ….start slow and easy and increase intensity as you progress

Dietitians are also advising to rid yourself of caffeine infused unnecessary supplements as well

Good exercise practice will ensure you see a rise in testosterone via a weight bearing program far better than caffeine even will aid energy

Have a nice coffee after you have settled down :) ;)
