2 cups of your favorite juice freshly squeezed IE Lemon/Orange
1 large green apple, grated
1/4 cup toasted almonds
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup each of frozen mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries & raspberries)
Just before serving, stir in apple, almonds, cinnamon, raisins, natural yoghurt and mixed berries.
Serve in bowls. Serve immediately.
