Bircher Muesli By: John Hart

Use this great recipe to make your own yummy Bircher Museli at home.
2.5 cups rolled oats
2 cups of your favorite juice freshly squeezed IE Lemon/Orange
1 large green apple, grated
1/4 cup toasted almonds
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon raisins
1 cup natural yoghurt
1 cup each of frozen mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries & raspberries)
Place oats in a large bowl. Pour over juice to cover. Mix up ingrediants to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least over an hour.

Just before serving, stir in apple, almonds, cinnamon, raisins, natural yoghurt and  mixed berries.

Serve in bowls.  Serve immediately.
